Many children and young people may feel quite embarrassed if they have a male chest enlargement. This is especially true when they visit places like the pool or temples where males are expected to take their shirts off. They might also have trouble wearing shirts or T-shirts that are the right size. Many of them also struggle with sharing hotel rooms and leaving their shirts on while at home. The majority of them won't have a valid explanation for their issue, but some of them may have a history of weight gain during adolescence. Some people lose fat elsewhere but keep their chest fat. Other factors, such as prolonged use of certain medicines, liver illnesses, advanced age, and hormonal imbalances, might also contribute to gynecomastia.
